No Quibble Returns Policy

Amazing Outdoors Policy for Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
Upon receipt of your order you have 2 working days to advise Amazing Outdoors of any damage, shortages or incorrect goods received. If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect goods or decide they are not suitable, we offer a 30 days (from delivery date) refund or exchange policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still sealed with any labels, instructions, guarantees and other paperwork intact including the dispatch note. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods. Any returns after 30 days are at our discretion and a restocking fee may be charged of 15%.

Please note we are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect – in this case goods should be returned and a new order placed. If you wish to make use of our 30 day no quibble returns promise please contact customer service before you send the goods back.

Amazing Outdoors makes every effort to provide correct information and goods, however it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are correct before fitting / use. When returning goods, you are legally responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they are in your care until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting / delivery as well as making sure they are fully protected, securely packaged and sealed.  You may wish to insure them too. A copy of the original dispatch note should also be included in the return.

We regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error – please contact us in these cases for our instructions.

If you are unable to check the goods upon receipt, please note "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before you sign for them. You then have two working days to check for damage / shortages, as stated above.

A refund for the amount paid including and discounts applied and excluding delivery costs, will be made within 7 working days providing the processes above have been followed.

We will check all items returned as damaged or defective and reserve the right to consult with product experts to ascertain legal and moral obligation. In the event we find no fault with the item, or fault is found to be use-related, we reserve the right to re-apply the charge for the item/s and P&P and to recover our fees and expenses for administration, legal and expert consultation.

Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
