Mainland UK Only
Please note that at present Amazing Outdoors only deliver to addresses within mainland UK. This also excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.

Delivery Charges
To encourage you to order online we only charge £5.00 for delivery (with the exception of oversized items such as long roof awnings or heavy items like a 50kg barbecue, for which there is an additional charge) to anywhere within the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.

If, due to the size or weight of the goods ordered, it is necessary to charge more than £5.00 for delivery, the cost will be calculated and displayed to you at the checkout after you input the delivery address. Where more than one item is ordered the delivery charge is not charged per item but set against the one item with the highest cost of delivery.

Note: All items marked with * indicate that these are bulky items and the delivery will therefore be charged on a volumised basis rather than weight.

Telephone, Post and Faxed orders will not benefit from the £5.00 online delivery charge to mainland UK. Please check the catalogue for details or call customer service.


Delivery Services
Our normal method of carriage is either by courier or Royal Mail.

With the courier service the goods should arrive within 2-3 working days so if you place your order on Monday, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday.  However, occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our and the couriers control we may not meet our objective. Therefore please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days of placing your order please advise us.

Please note that the courier service will try to deliver your goods a maximum of three times and if there is no-one to take the goods three times the charge levied by the courier company for a failed delivery due to absence at the delivery address must be borne by you, the customer.

For less heavy items it is far more cost effective to use the Royal Mail but we would point out that goods sent by the Royal Mail are not insured for loss or damage and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.

When your order is sent out you will be advised if it was by courier service – in which case you will be given a number to track your goods on the courier website.
